so... i made bacon pancakes.. there are bits of bacon on the inside. i am going to hell for this.

i simply just cooked up some bacon and broke it into bits inside the pancake batter (you sort of need a lot of bits) and then lined the pan in bacon fat! this is what i call 'breakfat' rather than 'breakfast'.

Holy bacon! That looks amazing. Bacon is such a guilty pleasure. I'm going to have to try this sometime.
